Mango Salsa

Ingredients
  • 1 large ripe but firm mango, peeled and diced
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • ½ a red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds and membrane removed, diced
  • ½ cup diced Jicama
  • 1 handful cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon agave
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
Directions
  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients together, gently toss.
  2. Cover and place in the refrigerator until use.
  3. Can be made up to 6 hours ahead.
